If you have the file, use ffmpeg or MediaInfo to inspect:
ffmpeg -i adn333mp4_extra_quality.mp4
Look for:
Stream #0:0: Video: h264 (High), yuv420p, 1920x1080, 9500 kb/sStream #0:1: Audio: aac (LC), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 320 kb/s
If bitrate is low (e.g., 1500 kb/s for 1080p), “extra quality” is fake.
