Step 1: Locate the Language Pack

You cannot find this on the official FitGirl site (due to copyright), but the hash for this pack is widely shared on torrent aggregators and repack forums under the exact name:
fg-optional-dishonored-french-italian-german-spanish-lang-pack.rar or similar.

Look for a file size of approximately 1.5 GB to 1.8 GB. The Result: Once installed, the extra voice files

Did You Miss the Files?

By default, FitGirl repacks save hard drive space by compressing everything, but they allow you to opt out of textures or voiceovers you don't want. If you only have English audio/text:

Check your game folder (Dishonored\DishonoredGame\CookedPCConsole).
Look for files ending in _FR.pcc, _IT.pcc, _DE.pcc, or _ES.pcc. If they aren't there, you need to add them.
