Drive Composer Pro allows a 30-day trial without registration, after which it must be activated for permanent use. Online Activation Launch Drive Composer Pro for the first time.
The registration wizard should start automatically. If not, go to the Help tab and select Enter License Code.
Enter your License Key and required registration details (Name, Organization).
Ensure your PC is connected to the internet to complete the registration with the ABB license server. Offline Activation
If the target PC lacks internet access, use the ABB Drives License Manager (found in the Windows Start menu): Select I have an activation key and enter your key.
Select Offline activation to generate a License Request file (.WibuCmRaC).
Transfer this file to an internet-connected PC and upload it to the ABB Offline Activation portal.
Download the Activation Response file and move it back to the offline PC to finalize activation in the License Manager. 3. Managing and Recovering Licenses
Finding an Active Key: If you need to see your current key on an active installation, go to Help > About the Product. Transferring to a New PC:
Option A: Recover the key from the old PC (Help > About), uninstall the software, then enter that key on the new installation.
Option B: Navigate to C:\ProgramData\DriveWare\Composer, copy the license.dclic file, and paste it into the same directory on the new computer.
Lost Keys: If the key is lost, contact your ABB local representative with your original Purchase Order (PO) or Sales Order number to request a replacement. Drive Composer - ABB
