nu-i puteti acuza pe 3se

The X180 Electronic Blood Pressure Monitor is a digital, automatic upper-arm device designed for home health tracking. It features one-touch operation, voice broadcast capability for readings, and an oscillometric measuring method. 1. Getting Started: Setup and Power

Battery Installation: Slide the battery cover off and insert 4 AAA alkaline batteries, ensuring the polarity (+/-) matches the markings.

Optional Power: You can also use a DC 6V AC adapter (plugged into the side jack) if you prefer not to use batteries.

Time/Date Setup: Some models allow you to set the date and time by holding the "S" (Set) button for three seconds, using the "M" (Memory) button to adjust values, and "S" to confirm. 2. Applying the Cuff Correctly

Correct cuff placement is essential for an accurate reading:

Position: Place the cuff on your bare left upper arm, approximately 0.8 to 1.2 inches (2–3 cm) above the elbow joint.

Tightness: Secure the cuff snugly. You should be able to fit one or two fingers between the cuff and your arm. 3. How to Take a Measurement

Preparation: Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your arm resting on a table at heart level.

Start: Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate.

Auto-Off: The monitor will automatically turn off after 60 seconds of inactivity to save power. Common Troubleshooting Symbols

"E" or Error: Often indicates a pneumatic leak, a loose cuff, or movement during the measurement.

Heart Symbol: If this flashes 2–3 times, it may indicate an irregular heartbeat was detected during the session. If you'd like, I can: Help you interpret your readings based on AHA guidelines. Explain how to clear the memory or set the user profiles.
