Step 3: Run Adjustment Program

  1. Disable antivirus (temporarily).
  2. Run the EXE as administrator.
  3. Select "ET-2750" from the model list.
  4. Click "Particular adjustment mode".
  5. Choose "Waste ink pad counter" (sometimes called "Initial Fill" or "Pad Counter").
  6. Click "Check" to read current counter values.
  7. Tick both boxes (Main pad + Paper pad counter).
  8. Click "Initialization" – counter will reset to 0.
  9. Close program and turn printer off/on.

If successful, the error lights should disappear and printing resumes.

Step 4: Reset the Counter

  1. Check the box for Main pad counter and optionally Platen pad counter (reset both to be safe).
  2. Click “Initialization” or “Reset”.
  3. Wait 10–15 seconds. Do not interrupt or power off.
  4. The program will display “Success” or “Finished.”
  5. Close the Adjustment Program.

Typical steps (generalized, assume Windows)

  1. Download the correct Adjustment Program for ET-2750 from a reputable source (official Epson service software is ideal; otherwise third‑party tools exist — be cautious).
  2. Install the program and extract files if compressed.
  3. Connect ET-2750 to the PC with USB (recommended) and turn the printer on.
  4. Run the Adjustment Program executable as Administrator.
  5. From the utility, select the correct model (ET-2750) and connect to the printer.
  6. Choose the required service routine (e.g., “Waste Ink Pad Counter” → “Check” then “Initialize”).
  7. Follow on-screen prompts and restart the printer when finished.
  8. After resetting waste pad counters, monitor for leaks. If heavy internal ink residue exists, have the pads replaced by a technician.
