1. No UEFI / GPT Support (The Big One)

If a PC was built after 2013 and came with Windows 8, 10, or 11, it likely uses UEFI and a GPT partition table.

Hiren 15.3 cannot boot on UEFI systems without disabling Secure Boot and enabling CSM/Legacy mode.
If the drive is GPT, Mini Windows XP cannot see the partitions natively (though TestDisk can).
