Step 3: Look for the "OP" (Original Poster) ID. On 4plebs, the first post in a thread (the OP) is gold. Scan the subject lines for keywords:

[Share] – Usually a collection.
[Request] – Someone begging. The replies to requests often contain the "new" PDFs.
CRT (Current Reading Thread) – These are general discussion threads. The OP often contains a pastebin link to a master list of PDFs.

Step 4: Check the file health. A "new" PDF is useless if the Mega link is dead. Look for threads with posts dated within the last 30 days. If you see "File has been removed due to copyright claim," scroll down. Someone usually posts a Base64 encoded backup link in the replies.
