The Bad: The trade-offs

  • Slower AC Recharge: While it accepts solar well, the AC wall charging is slower than competitors. Expect 4-5 hours for a full charge, whereas EcoFlow’s X-Stream does it in 1 hour.
  • No Expansion Batteries: You cannot daisy-chain a second battery. What you buy (usually ~1,024Wh) is what you have. For the price, you’d expect the option to grow.
  • The "Soft-Touch" Grip: The rubberized coating feels premium in the store, but attracts dust and fingerprints immediately. It will likely show wear and tear after a year of camping trips.
