• Automated crack assessment

  • Analyze photos or video of a device screen using on-device ML to classify crack severity (minor hairline, moderate spidering, shattered) and affected functional zones (touch, display, camera area).
  • Produce a one-click severity score and recommended next steps.

• Repair-mode backup & preservation

  • Create a prioritized “Repair Snapshot” backup that captures OS, app data, contacts, SMS, and photos first, with quick-extractable bundles so technicians can restore essentials quickly if a repair requires hardware replacement.

  • Attempt non-hardware fixes that often restore usability after impact:
