If installer tries to download components (workaround)
- Use the full BlueStacks offline installer (often more self-contained).
- Alternatively, use a network share or local HTTP server on your LAN so the installer can fetch required files from the connected machine:
- On the connected PC, host the installer folder via simple HTTP server:
cd /path/to/installer-folder python -m http.server 8000 - On the offline PC (connected temporarily to same LAN), point installer to that address or run the installer directly from the share.

Post-installation
- Launch MSI App Player and allow it to complete initial setup (may require signing into Google — online only).
- If you need specific APKs, download their APK files on the networked PC and transfer them to the offline PC to install via drag-and-drop into the emulator or via ADB:
