If your Quark account shows a license for v4.1/5.0/6.1, you may download the installer.
No login? Try contacting Quark Customer Support directly and ask if legacy media is available for purchase (very unlikely).

These versions originally came on CDs. Your most reliable “verified” copy is from an original disc.

Search eBay or vintage software resellers for “QuarkXPress Passport 4.1 CD” or “QuarkXPress 5.0 Passport.”
Checksum the ISO against known good hashes (rare but possible on archival forums).
