4. Band Locking & Cell Tower Locking

This is the feature most users want. V1.2 unlocks band locking via the web interface (previously only available via AT commands over SSH). You can now:

• Manually select specific 5G bands (e.g., force N78 only)
• Lock to a particular cell tower by PCI (Physical Cell ID)
• Block congested or weak bands
