Sony C6802 Lock Remove Ftf · Certified

If you are locked out of your Sony Xperia Z Ultra (C6802) due to a forgotten pattern, PIN, or password, you can regain access by flashing a specific FTF (Flash Tool File). This method is a reliable way to bypass security locks when standard reset options are unavailable. Prerequisites Before Flashing

Computer: A Windows PC with the Sony Flashtool (also known as Emma or Sony Mobile Flasher) installed. If you are locked out of your Sony

Battery: Your phone should have at least 50% charge to prevent it from shutting down mid-process.

Step 3: Flash to Remove Lock

  1. In Flashtool, click the Flash icon.
  2. Select Flashmode.
  3. Select the FTF file you just created.
  4. On the right side, ensure "Wipe Data", "Wipe Cache", and "Wipe Apps Log" are CHECKED. This is what removes the lock.
  5. Click Flash.
  6. Connect your phone:
    • Turn off your Xperia Z Ultra completely.
    • Hold the Volume Down (-) button.
    • While holding Volume Down, connect the USB cable to the PC.
    • The LED should light up Green.
    • Flashtool will detect the device and start flashing.
