1. Don't Force It Do not try to reinstall Catia. That is a multi-hour process involving registry keys and service packs. It won't fix a license expiration, and you’ll just waste time.
2. Check the Connection If you use a network license server, ping the server. Can you see it? If not, it’s a network issue, not an expiration issue. Call IT infrastructure support.
3. Locate the License File
If you are an admin, navigate to your license server directory. You are looking for the .lic or license configuration file. Open it in a text editor. Does the EXPIRATION date read yesterday? Then you need a new file from Dassault Systèmes or your VAR (Value Added Reseller).
