Action: Spend 5 minutes a day visualizing the end result. Don't visualize working hard; visualize shaking hands after the deal is done. Feel the feeling of success in your bones.
2. Autosuggestion (The "Lullaby Method") During the hypnagogic state—the drowsy moment just before you fall asleep—your conscious critic goes offline. The subconscious is wide open. Action: As you lay your head on the pillow, repeat a single, positive phrase slowly for 5 minutes. Not "I want to be calm." Say: "I am deeply relaxed and in control."
