This is the standard process for servers with internet access:

Open Admin Tool: Locate the Administrator Tool shortcut on your desktop or navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files and run the executable.

License Tab: Click on the License tile or tab within the tool.

Enter Key: Click the Activate your License button, paste your Activation Key, and click Next.

Select Products: A list of available licenses associated with that key will appear. Check the items you wish to activate and click Next.

Finish: Once confirmed, click the Refresh License Data button at the bottom to synchronize with the licensing server. 3. Activate Your License (Offline)

If your server lacks internet access, the software will automatically trigger an offline process:

Generate URL: After clicking Activate your License and entering your key, a popup will display a long URL.

Transfer to Connected PC: Copy this URL and open it in a browser on a computer that does have internet access.

Download License File: The portal will validate your key and provide a .lic file for download.

The "Offline Activation" Method

If your server has no internet access:

  1. In the Licensing tab, click "Offline Activation."
  2. Save the generated .req (request) file.
  3. Transfer it to an internet-connected PC.
  4. Upload it to the TSplus Offline Activation portal.
  5. Download the .lic response file and import it back into your server.
