The manual defines three flight modes: Standard, Endurance, and Assault. Most users will operate in Assault Profile (AP) 90% of the time.
Agility Parameters:
- Max Ascent: 8 m/s (This is violent; ensure payload is secured)
- Max Descent (Combat Dive): 12 m/s – Known as the "Valkyrie Drop." The manual advises using this only below 100m AGL to avoid detection radar.
- Top Speed (AP): 140 km/h in straight line; 90 km/h in lateral evasive maneuvers.
The "Silent Rotor" Technique (Section 4.2): A unique feature described only in the assault manual. By feathering the throttle between 37% and 42%, the X14.0 reduces its acoustic signature to 32 decibels—quieter than a library. This is the default state for urban penetration missions.
Emergency Protocols: The manual dedicates a full flowchart to "Loss of Link." Unlike consumer drones that hover or return home, the X14.0 executes Protocol Chimera:
- It continues its last commanded assault vector for 15 seconds.
- Then, it ascends to 200m and initiates a randomized evasion pattern.
- Finally, it executes a dead-stick landing to a pre-set rally point. Note: The self-destruct sequence is a separate, manually enabled module.
