Set reswidth and resheight (e.g., 1920, 1080).
In-game: Options → Video → Set to your desktop resolution.
For widescreen: The game stretches UI, but gameplay is fine. Use ddraw.dll wrappers if you want black bars (1.26 has no native widescreen fix).

What’s Good
